TERMS & CONDITIONS – SEABREAKER BOATS
GENERAL
Seabreaker Boats is a premium Australian plate boat brand focused on delivering high-end craftsmanship, quality fabrication, and professionally built vessels. Our pricing reflects the level of workmanship, materials, and finish associated with a premium product.
Seabreaker Boats are built to standard Seabreaker designs and specifications. Full custom builds are not offered. Minor alterations or layout adjustments may be available upon request, subject to approval, additional costs, and production scheduling.
PRICING
All pricing provided is based on current material costs, supplier pricing, freight charges, and fuel rates at the time of quotation.
Due to fluctuations in aluminium pricing, third-party supplier costs, freight charges, and fuel pricing, Seabreaker Boats reserves the right to adjust pricing where necessary prior to final order confirmation or during the course of the build.
Any pricing adjustments will be communicated clearly and transparently to the customer.
QUOTES

All quotations are valid for fourteen (14) days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing.
Quotes are subject to change due to material pricing fluctuations, supplier increases, freight costs, fuel pricing, or approved design adjustments.

A quotation is considered accepted once a $5,000 non-refundable deposit has been received.
This deposit secures the customer’s production slot and allows Seabreaker Boats to commence scheduling, design preparation, and project allocation.
Deposits are non-refundable once the design process, engineering, or production scheduling has commenced.
